Shipping Policy, Methods, and Rates
Although certain restrictions apply, FreePetProjects.com ships to all states including, Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Military APO / FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes.
We use UPS for all shipping destinations in the United States, with the exception of orders sent to US Post Office boxes. These will be sent by US Postal Service. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the package and are calculated using the UPS Standard Rates Table.
At checkout, you can generally choose from four delivery methods for your Standard Ship items: Standard Ground Shipping, Second Day Shipping, or Hawaii/Alaska Air.
Standard Ground Shipping
Standard Ship Items sent by Standard Ground Shipping will typically arrive within three to eight business days after leaving the warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse in 24-48 hours. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Second Day Shipping
The delivery of most Standard Ship Items can be upgraded to Second Day Shipping. Your order must be placed by 12:00 p.m. EST to receive your item in two business days. Items shipped using the Second Day Shipping method usually arrive two business days after leaving the warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse in 24-48 hours. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Hawaii/Alaska Air
Shipments going to Hawaii or Alaska can only be shipped by USPS.
Ordering From FreePetProjects.com
When you order from FreePetProjects.com, we need your name, email address, shipping address and credit card number/expiration date. We use this data to process your order, ship it and send you order and shipping confirmations via email. Except as provided in our privacy policy, we will not sell, rent, or give out this data to any other organization without your consent. (However, we will cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or requested by a law enforcement agency to provide information about a customer.)
We use the purchases you make to customize our product recommendations. We also track customer traffic patterns and site usage. Traffic and usage data is used only to improve our site's design and provide our customers with a fulfilling shopping experience.
We only accept online orders; this excludes telephone orders, mail orders, or e-mail orders. We are not able to ship Canadian and International orders.
Sales Tax
We charge sales tax for orders shipped to Arkansas, where our offices are located.
Credit Card Processing
FreePetProjects.com accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card only, for your online orders.
Returns
At FreePetProjects.com we want you to know that your purchase is 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If for any reason, you choose to return your selection, we'll refund the purchase price to your credit card account. You may return your product in the original package within 45 days for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please contact customer service (1-800-526-5111) or by e-mail at (click here) for a return authorization code (RA#) and the address to ship your returned product. The RA# must be clearly visible on the outside of each returned carton. You must also include your packing slip with your returned items. Please note software and DVDs must be returned unopened or no refund can be given.
